Refund Policy

Dear customer, thank you for purchasing our products! All order issues must be within 30 days of delivery, contact us to go through the return process, and then you will get an RMA number before you can process returns and refunds normally.

Unconditional Returns Must Meet The Following:

1. The packaging of the product has not been opened, and the order must be within 30 days after delivery;

3. Due to our mistake, we sent you the wrong product, and the order must be within 30 days after delivery.

Who pays for the shipping costs incurred when returning an item?

1. If you suddenly change your mind and don't want this product after receiving the product, you can contact us and return the product. But you need to pay the logistics costs incurred when we deliver the goods; you also need to bear the transportation costs incurred by returning the products to us; in addition, you need to pay 5% of the total amount to pay the commission fees generated by the platform .

2. If you return the product due to quality problems of the product itself, we will bear the shipping costs incurred when returning the product; in addition, you can choose to ship it to you again, or give you a full refund.

Under what circumstances, do not support returns?

1. If the product is damaged due to your personal reasons, or it has been more than 30 days since your order was received, we do not support returns.

2. Due to your personal reasons, if you fill in the wrong delivery address, we do not support returns.

I just bought a product, but suddenly I don't want it anymore, can I return it?

1. If you suddenly don’t want the product you just purchased, you can apply for a refund within 24 hours after you place the order, but you need to pay 5% of the total amount to pay the platform’s commission.

2. If you just purchased the product, it has been more than 24 hours, and you suddenly don’t want it anymore, you need to click here immediately to contact us. If we contact the logistics company and have not shipped it, you can still apply for a refund, but you need to pay the total amount 5% of the total amount to pay the platform commission fee; in addition, you have to pay 2% of the total amount to pay for our operation costs. If we have contacted the logistics company and shipped the goods, it cannot be returned immediately (you can check this through the logistics tracking information we sent you). If you still need to return the goods, you need to wait until you receive the package. Follow the above "unconditional return must meet the following" process to handle the return.

After I return the item, how long will it take to receive my refund?

We need to wait for us to receive the returned goods, and we will check it, usually within 24 hours, and we will return it through the original payment channel you used when you purchased it. Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or financial institution. Returned merchandise is fully refundable as long as it is in the same condition as it was delivered. Depending on the condition of the item received (i.e. packaging damaged, water damaged, willful damage, signs of use, etc.), we reserve the right to refund a portion of the item or send the item back to you, but not refundable.
